What will my first session be like?

You will be required to fill out an online form before coming to your first session.

We will go over what your goals are and from there we will start the session with assessments, manual treatment, movement and strength exercises.

Please communicate any health concerns you may have.

How many sessions do I need?

After the initial assessment we will be able to get a better picture but a general guideline for a minor case is 3-5 sessions, major case 5-10 sessions and complex cases 10-15+ sessions.

What should I wear?

Gym attire (e.g. shorts, sports bra and tank top or t-shirt).

Please remember!

Stay hydrated and no heavy meals up to an hour before your session.
